The birth card for December 15 is the Three of Clubs
Clubs is the suit of ideas, learning and communication, so your deepest lessons arrive through what you think, learn and say, and what your mind will not put down.
As a Three, you see many possibilities at once, and find choosing one of them the hardest part. The card dares you to choose one thing and see it all the way through.
At work you need variety, a way to speak, write or make things, and a deadline, because without one the work stays open.
In love you need conversation, play and room to change your mind, and a partner can be left unsure whether you are staying.
The Sun is in Sagittarius, or Scorpio in the sidereal zodiac
The tropical zodiac follows the seasons; the sidereal zodiac follows the constellations, which have drifted about 24 degrees since the two were aligned. So on December 15 the Sun is in Sagittarius by one reckoning and Scorpio by the other.
Sun in Sagittarius: You feel most alive when you are moving toward meaning: a vision, a truth, a horizon. The restlessness is not a flaw. The question is whether you are moving toward something or away from staying.
Sun in Scorpio: Your identity runs deep. You are drawn to what is true beneath the surface, and you will not settle for what is false. That intensity is your compass. It becomes a weapon only when used against people.
Around the change of sign, the exact day shifts by year. Your chart settles it.
The Sun is in Gate 11, Peace
In Human Design and Gene Keys, the Sun on December 15 is in Gate 11: your Personality Sun, and the key at the centre of your Life’s Work. Ideas and the contemplative space where thoughts originate.
As Gene Key 11, it runs from the Shadow of Obscurity, through the Gift of Idealism, to the Siddhi of Light.
Gates change every five or six days, so near the edges your Sun may sit in the gate next door. Your chart shows the line too.
Your birthday number is 15, which reduces to 6
The birthday number is a specific talent carried in the day you arrived: the day of the month, 15, read on its own and as 6.
6, The Caretaker: Love as responsibility. Six is not only kindness; it is home, beauty, service, and the instinct to make things whole for the people it claims.
You are here to care for people and carry real responsibility for home and community. Let others carry part of it, before resentment begins to speak for you.
Read together, these say more than any one alone
A birthday fixes your birth card, your Sun sign and your Sun gate. The year, the time and the place fill in the rest: the Life Path number, the rising sign and the whole Human Design chart. We read them together, each one a lens on you. That’s where a birthday starts sounding like a person.
