The birth card for November 9 is the Jack of Clubs
Clubs is the suit of ideas, learning and communication, so your deepest lessons arrive through what you think, learn and say, and what your mind will not put down.
As a Jack, you are quick, clever and young at heart, and can talk your way out of almost anything. The card dares you to grow into your talent and use it honestly.
At work you do best with creative work and room to test your own ideas, alongside someone who sees that they are finished.
In love you are charming and playful, and a partner can wait a long time for you to take it seriously.
The Sun is in Scorpio, or Libra in the sidereal zodiac
The tropical zodiac follows the seasons; the sidereal zodiac follows the constellations, which have drifted about 24 degrees since the two were aligned. So on November 9 the Sun is in Scorpio by one reckoning and Libra by the other.
Sun in Scorpio: Your identity runs deep. You are drawn to what is true beneath the surface, and you will not settle for what is false. That intensity is your compass. It becomes a weapon only when used against people.
Sun in Libra: You come to know yourself through other people. That is not weakness; it is the design. The difference is whether you lose yourself in the mirror, or remember that you are the one choosing.
Around the change of sign, the exact day shifts by year. Your chart settles it.
The Sun is in Gate 43, Insight
In Human Design and Gene Keys, the Sun on November 9 is in Gate 43: your Personality Sun, and the key at the centre of your Life’s Work. Suddenness and the capacity for sudden insight or revelation.
As Gene Key 43, it runs from the Shadow of Deafness, through the Gift of Insight, to the Siddhi of Epiphany.
Gates change every five or six days, so near the edges your Sun may sit in the gate next door. Your chart shows the line too.
Your birthday number is 9: the Completer
The birthday number is a specific talent carried in the day you arrived: the day of the month, 9.
9, The Completer: The end of the cycle. Nine is compassion widened past the personal: release, forgiveness, and the harvest of everything the cycle taught.
You are here to care about the wider world and give generously. The work is letting things end, and giving without waiting to be thanked.
