Moon in Aquarius: your emotional life has an observing quality
The Moon is emotional need: what makes you feel safe.
Your emotional life has an observing quality. You need room to process, and you are more at ease understanding a feeling than being inside it. The growth is letting yourself feel without narrating it.
Aquarius is air, fixed and ruled by Saturn
The element sets the temperament: fire acts, earth builds, air connects, water feels. The modality sets the motion: cardinal starts, fixed holds, mutable adapts. The ruler is the planet that carries the sign’s agenda.
Your Moon may be in Aquarius in one zodiac and not the other
The tropical zodiac is tied to the seasons; the sidereal zodiac to the stars. They have drifted about 24 degrees apart, almost a whole sign. So a planet in the first two-thirds of tropical Pisces usually sits in sidereal Aquarius, and a tropical Aquarius Moon is often sidereal Capricorn.
Neither is wrong. The tropical chart describes how you meet the world; the sidereal chart is the sky as it actually stood. We read both, plus True Sky and the draconic chart, and make sense of all four as one picture.

Is my Moon in Aquarius sidereal or tropical?
It depends on the degree. The zodiacs are about 24° apart, so a late-Aquarius tropical Moon is usually sidereal Aquarius too, while an early one is sidereal Capricorn. Your chart settles it.
