Gate 45 and Gene Key 45: The Gatherer

Gate 45 is about community and the gift of creating collective belonging

The Shadow, Dominance. You end up holding the money, the plan and the final say, at home and at work. Partly because you are capable, partly because letting go feels risky. People defer, then resent it quietly. You end up providing for everyone and close to almost no one.
The Gift, Synergy. The way through is to gather people and then share it out: the money, the information, the decisions. Ask what the group needs before you tell it. That’s Synergy: everyone holding a real stake, and more done than you could ever carry alone.
The Siddhi, Communion: a shared sense that we all belong to one body, where everything is held in common and no one is left out.
