The Shadow, Conflict. You feel the tension in a room before anyone speaks. Then you either avoid disagreement to keep things pleasant, or get pulled into arguments at the worst moment. Partners and friends get the silence or the outburst. Either way the real conversation never happens, and the friction keeps building.
The Gift, Diplomacy. When you feel tension rising, your work is to wait until the wave settles, then name what is true, calmly, before it hardens into a grudge. Not in the heat, and not three weeks later. That is Diplomacy: letting people stay close while you say the honest thing.
The Siddhi, Peace: a peace that isn’t the absence of conflict but the end of the war inside you, and it quietly settles everyone nearby.
Avoided friction does not disappear. It waits for a worse moment.
