Saturn in Leo: Sidereal and Tropical
Saturn is the lesson: where you grow up, slowly, whether you like it or not. In Leo, your lesson is finding your creative light without needing others to switch it on. Leo is a fire sign, fixed, ruled by the Sun. A sidereal Saturn in Leo is often a tropical Saturn in Virgo.

Saturn in Leo: your lesson is finding your creative light without needing others to switch it on
Saturn is the lesson: where you grow up, slowly, whether you like it or not.
Your lesson is finding your creative light without needing others to switch it on. Self-expression can feel blocked or heavy. The work is creating for yourself first.
Leo is fire, fixed and ruled by the Sun
The element sets the temperament: fire acts, earth builds, air connects, water feels. The modality sets the motion: cardinal starts, fixed holds, mutable adapts. The ruler is the planet that carries the sign’s agenda.
Your Saturn may be in Leo in one zodiac and not the other
The tropical zodiac is tied to the seasons; the sidereal zodiac to the stars. They have drifted about 24 degrees apart, almost a whole sign. So a planet in the first two-thirds of tropical Virgo usually sits in sidereal Leo, and a tropical Leo Saturn is often sidereal Cancer.
Neither is wrong. The tropical chart describes how you meet the world; the sidereal chart is the sky as it actually stood. We read both, plus True Sky and the draconic chart, and make sense of all four as one picture.

Is my Saturn in Leo sidereal or tropical?
It depends on the degree. The zodiacs are about 24° apart, so a late-Leo tropical Saturn is usually sidereal Leo too, while an early one is sidereal Cancer. Your chart settles it.
