Moon in Virgo: you process feelings by organising them and making them useful
The Moon is emotional need: what makes you feel safe.
You process feelings by organising them and making them useful. You feel best when you are needed. Feelings are not problems to be fixed. They are information to be heard.
Virgo is earth, mutable and ruled by Mercury
The element sets the temperament: fire acts, earth builds, air connects, water feels. The modality sets the motion: cardinal starts, fixed holds, mutable adapts. The ruler is the planet that carries the sign’s agenda.
Your Moon may be in Virgo in one zodiac and not the other
The tropical zodiac is tied to the seasons; the sidereal zodiac to the stars. They have drifted about 24 degrees apart, almost a whole sign. So a planet in the first two-thirds of tropical Libra usually sits in sidereal Virgo, and a tropical Virgo Moon is often sidereal Leo.
Neither is wrong. The tropical chart describes how you meet the world; the sidereal chart is the sky as it actually stood. We read both, plus True Sky and the draconic chart, and make sense of all four as one picture.
