South Node in Libra: Sidereal and Tropical
The South Node, Ketu in Vedic astrology, is what you already know by heart and can over-rely on. In Libra, you already know partnership and diplomacy; that relational instinct is yours. Libra is a air sign, cardinal, ruled by Venus. A sidereal South Node in Libra is often a tropical South Node in Scorpio.

South Node in Libra: you already know partnership and diplomacy; that relational instinct is yours
The South Node, Ketu in Vedic astrology, is what you already know by heart and can over-rely on.
You already know partnership and diplomacy; that relational instinct is yours. The growth now is standing alone, trusting your own authority, and making the unpopular decision.
Libra is air, cardinal and ruled by Venus
The element sets the temperament: fire acts, earth builds, air connects, water feels. The modality sets the motion: cardinal starts, fixed holds, mutable adapts. The ruler is the planet that carries the sign’s agenda.
Your South Node may be in Libra in one zodiac and not the other
The tropical zodiac is tied to the seasons; the sidereal zodiac to the stars. They have drifted about 24 degrees apart, almost a whole sign. So a planet in the first two-thirds of tropical Scorpio usually sits in sidereal Libra, and a tropical Libra South Node is often sidereal Virgo.
Neither is wrong. The tropical chart describes how you meet the world; the sidereal chart is the sky as it actually stood. We read both, plus True Sky and the draconic chart, and make sense of all four as one picture.
