The Incarnation Cross names the theme of a life. It will not choose your job. It describes what keeps appearing, whichever job you choose.

Crosses come in three angles. Right Angle crosses are personal: the life is mostly about your own path, and the people you meet belong to it. Left Angle crosses are transpersonal: the life is woven through relationships and karmic ties with others. Juxtaposition crosses, the rarest, are fixed: a very particular theme, lived very consistently. The angle alone says a great deal about how a life tends to unfold.

None of these is greater than the others.

School, your first job, the circle of friends, the family. You are the one who takes something confusing and makes it make sense for others. You may never have called it a theme, because it simply happens. People turn to you. That is what a life theme feels like from the inside. Like nothing in particular. Like the way things go.

Less than for other parts of Human Design, because the cross depends on the sun and earth, which move slowly. On a day when the sun changes gate, though, a few hours can change the cross. If you know your time, use it.

Is this a prediction?

No. It does not tell you what will happen. It shows you the pattern you are living inside, both ways it can go, and the way through it. What you do with that is yours.
