Human Design vs Gene Keys
The short answer: Both start from the exact same planets at your birth. Then they go their separate ways. Human Design turns them into a bodygraph about how you make decisions and use your energy. Gene Keys turns them into a profile you live with over time, from shadow (where you get stuck) to gift (the way out). Related, yes. Same question, no.

Common questions
Why do my Gene Keys look like my Human Design gates?
Because they are, sort of. Same 64 gates, same planetary positions. The two systems just read them differently.
Which should I start with?
Human Design if you want practical help making decisions. Gene Keys if you want something to live with and grow into.
Do I need both?
No. Your Incarnation Manual reads both for you, clearly labelled.
Are Soul Cartography’s comparisons standard?
No. Tropical, draconic and sidereal comparisons are our extensions and are always labelled.
