Saturn in Scorpio: your lesson runs through power, intimacy and change
Saturn is the lesson: where you grow up, slowly, whether you like it or not.
Your lesson runs through power, intimacy and change. You meet control, secrecy and the fear of being fully seen. The discipline is letting someone in anyway.
Scorpio is water, fixed and ruled by Mars
The element sets the temperament: fire acts, earth builds, air connects, water feels. The modality sets the motion: cardinal starts, fixed holds, mutable adapts. The ruler is the planet that carries the sign’s agenda.
Your Saturn may be in Scorpio in one zodiac and not the other
The tropical zodiac is tied to the seasons; the sidereal zodiac to the stars. They have drifted about 24 degrees apart, almost a whole sign. So a planet in the first two-thirds of tropical Sagittarius usually sits in sidereal Scorpio, and a tropical Scorpio Saturn is often sidereal Libra.
Neither is wrong. The tropical chart describes how you meet the world; the sidereal chart is the sky as it actually stood. We read both, plus True Sky and the draconic chart, and make sense of all four as one picture.
